Jeff Cote has always had a strong interest in combat sports. He enrolled his two daughters in the Driven Jiu Jitsu program at a young age because he knew the benefit that the program would have for developing his children. As a parent Jeff posses the necessary skill set and understanding to properly coach children.

He watched from the sidelines for a time observing his kids classes and it did not take long to for him to realize he wanted to be part of the program himself. He enrolled in the adult program to better understand the sport and lead by example. Shortly after he was assisting in the Kids / Youth Program and found himself really enjoying and improving his learning from teaching.

Jeff was awarded his Blue belt in May of 2018. He is an active member of our team and a large part of team comradely.
